This was our first time using video production and the structure setup up on our calls not only educated us on how to run a shoot and generate the best in class creative but freed up our time to focus on running the business without being a huge drain on resources that we just didn’t have.

It’s no secret or at least I hope not that video content over the last few years has constantly performed better than static images for paid social and the thumb-stopping quality along with the attention to detail delivered was a lot more than we were expecting.
We were self-funded when we first started working with My Perfect Cousin and they were able to ensure we got the best quality possible while also making sure we didn’t allocate budget to areas not needed. When building a startup from scratch with your own money having a production team that provides this quality while also keeping your budget under control can be the difference between success and failure.

It’s been amazing to be able to deliver so many creative ideas, we are trying to find our audience. We have done the research but we had no customers when we started so it was impossible to know what they really wanted from Chefly.
We ideated and tested so many variations of creative in such a short time which enabled us to learn what really worked before moving on to our next lot of creative.
